My Latest Inspiration: My Green Tea Lifestyle Change



  I read an article about a week ago about a woman who lost 120 pounds on a diet where she primarily drank green tea.  I was so inspired that I started my own green tea health lifestyle change.  I've started walking on the treadmill at the gym in my complex and I listen to affirmations the whole time.  It's the best 30 minutes of my life right now.  My goal is to lose 30 pounds in the next 4 months and steadily increase super foods into my life.  I've also decided to significantly decrease dairy, milk, and cheese from my diet so that I can be one step closer to vegan energy.

I am loving this new stream of 5D+ energy coming into my life.
